The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything in Ayana. the hotel was also near a supermarket, making it convenient to stock up on essentials. the rooms were spacious and luxurious, with amenities exceeding expectations. Guests could enjoy heated swimming pools and magnificent ocean views, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. the personal butler service was exceptional, attending to all requests promptly. the breakfast variety was impressive, allowing guests to start their day with a satisfying meal.
There were some issues with the air-conditioning in certain rooms, which made it quite unbearable when the temperature was below 30 degrees.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! the room was spacious, clean and had a great ocean view. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the multiple pools and dining options made it feel like a mini paradise within the city. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the convenient location close to all the main tourist attractions. a fantastic experience that we highly recommend.
this is to be expected in a growing city and did not affect our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the service provided by the staff was exceptional. the Spa & Wellness centre and private facilities were top-notch and the location of the hotel was perfect for relaxation. the room advantages were exclusive and made us feel pampered.
The only minor issue we faced was the limited sauna facilities available which were not up to par with the rest of the facilities.

The rooftop pool was amazing and provided a breathtaking view of the sunset. The staff service was top-notch and our butler was always there to assist us with any needs. Plus, the privacy of the residences was a welcome feature.
The resort amenities were overcrowded and noisy, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. the breakfast options were limited and not up to par with the quality we expected.
